Tip #7: Holding on to resentment makes you weak

I listened to this talk this morning and the speaker made a comment that stuck out to me:

Holding onto resentment, “Diminishes your progress and damages your ability to have healthy relationships.”

Countless studies by LinkedIN, Forbes Magazine, Inc. etc., have proclaimed that strong relationships are the foundation of successful business – I would also add that it’s a main ingredient to a healthy and happy life. We want to have strong relationships with ourselves, our God, and the people with whom we interact on a daily basis.

As we search our hearts and minds are there resentments that we are holding onto? Can we let them go?
