Tip #10: Don’t get mad

This advice applies to the petty stuff – and maybe even the bigger things that you can’t change. I’ve found that anger is not that functional of an emotion. When you need to see, anger can blind you. When you need to understand, anger can numb you to the needs of others.

Let’s count to 10. Let’s sleep on it. Let’s call a friend who is objective and can speak us off the proverbial ledge…
